You can leave cleanly.
Deletion is permanent. It removes your Virelya account and its associated data without requiring you to reinstall the app.
From the app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Read the warning and confirm deletion.
The app deletes your files first, then your data and account. If any step fails, your account remains active and you can try again.
No longer have access to the app?
Send the request from the email address used for your account. We will verify your identity before deleting anything.

We acknowledge and process requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional verification when the sending address does not identify the account.
What gets deleted
Your authentication account, cards, wallet, messages and relationships, Explorer presence, showcases, generated content, uploaded files and account-linked usage data.
This operation cannot be undone.
Encrypted technical backups may remain for up to 30 days without being restored to service, except where retention is legally required and disclosed in our policy.
